    Procedure for Tent Weddings

  • Step 1
    is to look at Menu & Equipment opitons via our website or printed material. You should also check out the package/option chart below to know what your budget will allow.

  • Step 2
    narrow down or decide on the food service format you would like to have
    (Buffet, Cocktail/Hors-d style, Grilled Picnic, Family Style, or a Plated Dinner)

  • Step 3
    look at our Liquor/Beverage Packages and consider if you would like to provide the Bar requirements.

  • Step 4
    set-up a meeting with us to meet you at the site so we can take Pic's, check utlities, take measurements, view the terrain, and of course pick your brain so we can take your dream and turn it into reality.

  • Step 5
    back at our office we create a proposal that shows the itemized price for each selection as well as the estimate total cost of the event. We also create a CAD design showing the location of any buildings, landscaping, rental equipment, and the areas for activities. The CAD design also can produce a 3D line art drawing, and a virtual reality movie of the event allowing you to see the event while still in the planning stages. We even list alternate plans and their costs if weather becomes a factor.

  • Step 6
    take your time and digest all the information. If you like we can explain what all spec's mean and then answer any questions.

  • Step 7
    if needed we make further adjustments to the order after your review.

  • Step 8
    you can request a food tasting to confirm your menu choices.
    You just love our food and give us a 30% deposit to hold the date.

  • Step 9
    we all wait until you get your RSVP's back, then 5 days before the big day we tweek the order again to match your final guest count and add possible changes that are weather based decsions.

    The Myths of the Outdoor Weddings

    You will save a lot of money by having an outdoor wedding
    If you want to have a Family Style or an Individual Plated style dinner this is not true. If we/anybody has to bring the banquet hall to you meaning "The Guest Tent, Kitchen, Heavy Duty Electric, flooring, and other Special Equipment" to a location the cost can equal or exceed a local standard banquet hall.
    But you can save a lot of money by providing some of the neccessary requirements yourself as well as selecting a Buffet format dinner with disposable style of tableware.(SEE EXAMPLES AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE

    The weather can ruin the party
    with the proper Heating, Fans, Air Conditioning, and many siding options available you can deal with about 95% of what mother nature can throw your way.

    A tent is all closed with side walls around it
    actually it is the opposite the tents have no side walls unless they are used in specific areas as a backdrop to a head table for example or to conceal an area from where the guests will be.

    Rain will ruin the event
    Well it will put a damper on the day no pun intended, but the addition of a floor in the entire tent will prevent a damp chill, soggy shoes, sinking tables, and chairs. So while it will be an added expense it will fix the ground issue under the tented area on a rain flled week.

    We have created the chart below to give you a ball park idea of what the total cost per person can be for this type of event, as you will see there are endless combinations. Our staff will lead you in the right direction and ask all the necessary questions to make a package just for you. We will listen to any input or special concerens you might have. No two events are the same. The event location, weather conditions, and customer choices will control the cost of the party. In general a lower guest count(50-100)will be a higher price per person cost than a 100+ size event
